Welcome to the website of International Institute of Quality Accreditation & Rankings (IIQA). These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the IIQA website and participation in IIQA workshops, seminars, webinars, training programmes, masterclasses, conferences and other educational or professional programmes.

By accessing the website, registering for a programme or making a payment to IIQA, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Registration

Participants must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

Registration is considered confirmed only after successful completion of the registration process and, where applicable, successful payment of the applicable fee.

2. Programme Information

IIQA may conduct programmes in online, offline, hybrid or other formats.

Programme dates, timings, speakers, venues, platforms and session structures may be changed when reasonably necessary.

Participants will be informed of significant changes through the registered contact details.

3. Participation Fees

Applicable participation fees will be displayed on the relevant programme registration page.

Fees may be displayed in Indian Rupees (INR), U.S. Dollars (USD), or another applicable currency, depending on the participant's location and programme.

Applicable taxes, payment-gateway charges or other charges, if any, will be communicated during registration.

4. Payment

Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways or other payment-service providers authorized by IIQA.

Participants must provide accurate payment and billing information.

IIQA does not request or intentionally store complete payment-card credentials through ordinary website forms.

5. International Participants

IIQA may accept registrations and payments from participants located outside India, subject to applicable payment-gateway availability, banking requirements and applicable laws.

International payment availability may depend on the payment provider's approval and supported payment methods. For example, Razorpay requires additional approval for international card payments and requires merchants to maintain specified website policies.

6. Programme Materials

Presentations, documents, templates, recordings, videos, graphics and other materials supplied by IIQA are intended for registered participants.

Such materials may not be reproduced, distributed, resold, published or commercially exploited without prior written permission from IIQA.

7. Certificates

Where a programme includes a certificate, eligibility requirements will be specified for that programme.

Certificates may be issued electronically or physically, depending on the programme.

8. Participant Conduct

Participants are expected to maintain professional and respectful conduct.

IIQA may restrict participation where an individual:

  • Disrupts the programme
  • Misuses programme materials
  • Engages in abusive or inappropriate conduct
  • Attempts unauthorized recording or distribution
  • Violates applicable laws or programme rules

9. Changes, Postponement or Cancellation

IIQA reserves the right to modify, postpone or cancel a programme due to operational requirements, speaker availability, technical problems, insufficient registrations, force majeure or other circumstances.

Where appropriate, IIQA may provide an alternative date, transfer the registration to another programme, or process an eligible refund according to the applicable Refund & Cancellation Policy.

10. No Guaranteed Outcome

Participation in an IIQA programme does not guarantee any particular:

  • Accreditation outcome
  • Ranking position
  • Approval
  • Certification
  • Institutional performance outcome
  • Regulatory decision
  • Business or professional result

Programmes are intended to provide educational, professional and strategic guidance.

11. Website Information

IIQA makes reasonable efforts to maintain accurate information on its website. Programme details may be updated from time to time.

12. Third-Party Platforms

Online programmes may use third-party platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet or other technology providers.

Use of those platforms may also be subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

13. Intellectual Property

The IIQA name, logo, website content, programme materials, graphics and other original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Unauthorized use is prohibited.

14. Acceptance

By registering for an IIQA programme, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
