Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to paid workshops, seminars, webinars, training programmes, masterclasses, conferences and other paid programmes conducted by IIQA, unless a programme-specific policy states otherwise.

1. Cancellation by Participant

Participants may request cancellation by contacting:

iiqaccreditation@gmail.com

The request should include:

  • Participant name
  • Institution
  • Programme name
  • Registration ID
  • Payment/transaction reference
  • Registered email address

2. Standard Cancellation Schedule

Unless otherwise stated on the specific programme page:

3. Participant Replacement

Where permitted, an institution may request replacement of a registered participant before the programme.

The request must be submitted through the official IIQA contact channel.

4. Transfer to Another Programme

Where IIQA permits, a registration may be transferred to another scheduled programme subject to availability and applicable conditions.

5. Programme Rescheduling

If IIQA reschedules a programme, registered participants may be offered participation on the revised date.

Where appropriate, IIQA may provide an alternative arrangement or refund according to the circumstances.

6. Programme Cancellation by IIQA

If IIQA cancels a programme and does not provide a suitable alternative arrangement, eligible registration fees may be refunded.

7. Payment-Gateway Charges

Where applicable, payment-gateway charges, transaction charges, taxes or other non-refundable charges may be excluded from the refundable amount, subject to applicable law and the terms communicated during registration.

8. International Payments

Refunds for international transactions will be processed through the applicable payment provider and may be subject to applicable banking, foreign-exchange and regulatory requirements.

9. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will normally be processed through the original payment method.

The time taken for the refund to reach the participant may depend on the payment gateway and banking institution.

10. Programme-Specific Terms

Certain programmes may have different cancellation or refund conditions due to their format, venue, materials, speakers or other arrangements.

Where applicable, the programme-specific cancellation/refund terms displayed during registration will apply.
