  • 46 years of experience across two universities, two research institutes, a leading engineering college, and a business school.
  • Expertise in teaching Master's and Doctoral students in Business Management, Human Resource Management, Public Administration, and Political Science.

Publications and Research Guidance:

  • 144 publications, including 27 books/edited volumes and 117 articles in national and international journals, books, and edited volumes. Currently edits a quarterly management journal and two monthly publications.
  • Successfully guided 14 scholars to obtain Ph.D. (9) and M.Phil. (5) degrees.

International Exposure and Institutional Leadership:

  • International visits to the USA, Canada, and Nepal.
  • Experience in teaching, research, training, and extension organizations of national and international repute.
  • Served as Principal of Telangana's oldest and most reputed college, a NAAC 'A' Grade accredited institution recognized by UGC as a "College with Potential for Excellence," comprising 29 departments and approximately 4,000 students.
