Prof. TRR, CEO of IIQA Services, is a renowned edu-tech with extensive experience in higher education. Since 1998, he has provided innovative and quality - driven services across India and abroad. His core focus is training educators in outcome-based education (OBE) principles, in line with the Washington Accord, and facilitating its implementation at the foundational level. Additionally, he offers transparent advisory and audit services to prestigious technical and professional institutions (including engineering and medical colleges and universities) in areas such as accreditation, quality assurance, institutional establishment/renewal, and compliance with regulatory authorities.

He possesses over two decades of professional and academic expertise in facilitating successful accreditation outcomes for national institutions, encompassing both private and public sector academic entities, with regard to NBA, NAAC, and NMC standards.

In 1997-98, Prof. TRR received the Rashtrapati Medal from then-President of India, Sri K.R. Narayanan, for outstanding performance in technical skills, communication skills, and English proficiency among government polytechnic and higher education faculty in the then-united Andhra Pradesh. His work promotes the dissemination of quality technical and professional education, training, and skill development to faculty and students, aligning with real-time global stakeholder needs. He has served over 400 professional institutions across India.
Prof. TRR possesses extensive experience in various professional activities, project guidance, and the execution of technical programs for both mid-tier and top-tier institutions. He has also assisted established government universities with recognition, approvals, and accreditations in various technical areas.
With rich experience in practical teaching and learning methodologies, Prof. TRR facilitates the involvement of retired experts from premier institutions such as IITs, IIMs, NITs, and BITS to further strengthen technical education nationwide.

During his government service, Prof. TRR actively participated in various workshops, symposia, seminars, and Faculty Development Programs (FDPs) at different levels. He has also completed certificate programs in Management and Material Sciences from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIM-B) and Kakatiya University, Warangal. As a resource person for the Andhra Pradesh Technical Education Department, he has contributed to training programs for technical teachers and academic workshops organized by AICTE/UGC. He has also been involved in numerous workshops conducted by MHRD/NITs/Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (Government of India) and has participated in nanotechnology conferences.
Prof. TRR holds LLB and LLM (Constitutional Law) degrees from Osmania University, Hyderabad, and has completed an Executive Management Bussiness Administrative Program focused on emerging trends at the prestigious Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIM-A).

In compliance with published gazette rules and regulations of state and national statutory regulatory authorities, Prof. TRR has provided academic-legal support to senior advocates of the High Court and Supreme Court of India, representing the interests of technical institutions in various legal proceedings.

During the first phase of Telangana State EAMCET counseling for the 2014-15 academic year, numerous technical institutes faced affiliation issues with universities, often without prior notice or status updates. Prof. TRR provided academic-legal assistance to some of these affected institutions. This involved analyzing the AICTE Gazette approval process handbook, the technical institute approval system, and university affiliation procedures. Prof. TRR consulted with prominent Supreme Court advocates, including Sri Kapil Sibal, Sri Gopal Subramanyam, Sri Abhishek Singhvi, and Sri Nageswar Reddy, in New Delhi, to advocate for these institutions. As a result, the Supreme Court of India directed special counseling for these institutes, even after the admission deadline for the 2014-15 academic year.
